Privacy policy

You can play Omnidle without an account. Accounts are optional and only used to sync your stats between devices.

Data stored in your browser

Your guesses, streaks and statistics are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later. If you are signed in, they are also saved to your account. Clearing your browser data removes the browser copy.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email address, an optional display name, a securely hashed version of your password (never the password itself) and your game stats and progress, so you can play on several devices. This data is stored with Cloudflare (D1). You can delete your account and all of its data at any time on the account page.

AniList

If you use a "My AniList" mode, your browser asks AniList (anilist.co) for your public list of completed anime. Your username is saved only in your browser; we never receive it or your list.
